What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

Our MOQ is 25 pieces per style/colour — a friendly minimum for growing brands. We'll always confirm the exact minimum for your specific product when we quote.

What are your typical lead times? +

Samples typically take 7–14 days and bulk production runs 3–5 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. We give you an honest schedule up front and hold ourselves to it.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order? +

Yes — and we recommend it. We make a sample to your exact spec so you can see and feel the quality in your hands before you commit. A sample fee applies.

Do you do private-label and custom designs? +

Absolutely. We sew in your own tags and labels, and we'll help develop your sketch, tech pack, or idea into a finished, production-ready piece. Custom packaging is available too.

Where do you ship, and how? +

We ship worldwide, by air or sea to suit your order size and timeline. Shipping costs and terms (typically FOB/EXW, with freight arranged by you) are confirmed per order, and we handle the handoff so everything reaches you smoothly — staying reachable after it ships.

How do payments work? +

We typically work on a 50% deposit to start production and 50% before dispatch. We'll lay out the terms and accepted payment methods clearly in your quote.
